- 2+ years advising/coaching/mentorship in higher education or graduate job search.
- Experience under pressure with targets and multitasking.
- Understanding of tech recruitment market and CRM experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; client and candidate management.
- Proficient with virtual tools (G-Suite) and data reporting.
