- Provide structured, actionable feedback to help learners course-correct quickly
- Support learners in time management and high-stakes decision-making
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as Engineering Manager, Senior IC, Tech Lead or equivalent
- Prior FAANG or Tier-1 product company experience
- Hands-on interviewing, hiring decisions, leveling, and evaluating behavioral/system design interviews
- Resume shortlisting, behavioral interviews, leadership principles, and offer negotiation (India + global)
- Prior experience as mentor, coach, or interviewer (formal or informal)
- Ability to commit 10-12 hours per week
- Availability during evenings and/or weekends (IST)
