The candidate will collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement Workday Financials and related integrations, drive process improvements, and support successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Financials to meet business requirements
• Lead integration efforts with external systems
• Define data models and governance for financial data
• Partner with Finance, IT, and operations to implement financial processes
• Mentor junior team members and help drive best practices

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Workday Financials
• Strong enterprise architecture and systems integration skills
• Experience in financial operations and reporting
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred
