Care.com is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the engineering organization, define and execute the technical strategy, and drive the delivery of scalable platforms that connect families with caregivers.

In this executive role, you will build and mentor high-performing teams, partner with product leadership to align on vision, and shape architecture and reliability at scale. You will champion quality, security, and operational excellence while attracting top engineering talent to join Care.com's mission.
