About the role
Care.com is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Consumer to join our finance team in New York. The role will own financial planning and analysis for the consumer business, build advanced financial models, support forecasting and budgeting, and partner with product, marketing, and operations to drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly close and variance analysis for the consumer segment
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations to drive profitability and growth
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with financial modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
