Sr. Financial Analyst - Consumer

Job Summary

Care.com is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Consumer segment. This on-site role based in Dallas, TX will build financial models, drive forecasting and budgeting processes, perform variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions across product, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for the Consumer segment.
• Forecast, budget, and analyze P&L, revenue, CAC/LTV, and other key metrics.
• Conduct variance analyses and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to influence strategic decisions and measure impact.
• Prepare management reporting, monthly close support, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 5+ years FP&A experience, preferably in consumer-focused businesses.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
