  • Build and maintain a training deck covering Care.com business, products, and sales process.
  • Set clear expectations and hold reps accountable from day one.
  • Mentor and train the class in effective B2B selling techniques.
  • Motivate the team to hit numbers daily and weekly.
  • Supervise activity, pipelines, and sales goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years inside sales training or proven Care.com Marketing Solutions Specialist.
  • Develop, innovate, and execute training decks and programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Build strong team dynamic, accountability, and culture of success.
  • Proven ability to make sales and train on selling products.
  • Communicate priorities to all levels, including senior management.

🎁 Benefits

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
  • OTE: $100,000 - $125,000 uncapped commissions
  • Actual salaries may vary by location, experience, and performance
