Overview
Care.com is seeking a Manager, Global Operations Trust & Safety to lead global safety operations, policy development, and incident response across markets. In this role you will collaborate with product, legal, risk, and regional teams to maintain a safe, compliant platform and scale operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coalition-build Trust & Safety operations across regions
- Develop, implement, and refine safety policies, review workflows, and escalation paths
- Oversee incident response, investigations, and case management
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, and trust & safety teams to improve platform safety
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team; set goals and metrics
- Monitor safety metrics, perform data analyses, and report findings to leadership
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards; manage vendor relationships
- Drive process improvements, risk controls, and global operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years in trust & safety, risk, compliance, or related operations; management experience required
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with platform policies, investigations, and incident response; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
