Care.com is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) for a remote role. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify outbound leads for Care.com's advertising products (display, search, and sponsored listings).
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with potential advertisers to understand goals and propose tailored ad solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide timely reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales or ad sales experience in B2B environments (SaaS or digital advertising a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic digital advertising concepts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience considered).
