Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) - Remote

Role Overview

Care.com is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) for a remote position. As part of the Ads Sales team, you will prospect, qualify, and close new ad sales opportunities with advertisers seeking to reach Care.com's audience. You will manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed quarterly quotas, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to Care.com's growth.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound ad sales opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Present value propositions, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and messaging; coordinate with product teams to optimize ad placements.
• Maintain accurate activity and forecast in CRM; report on performance metrics.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in ad sales or digital advertising.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (quota attainment).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
