Overview
Care.com is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) for a remote role. In this position you will drive advertising revenue by identifying and engaging potential advertisers, qualifying leads, presenting Care.com's ad solutions, and managing deals from prospect to close. You will work remotely with the Care.com Ad Sales team to meet or exceed monthly quotas, while collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries to generate new ad sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline
- Present Care.com's advertising solutions and tailor proposals to advertiser needs
- Manage deals through the sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM records
- Track and report on performance against targets; contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure advertiser satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Care.com's products, pricing, and promotions
Qualifications
- Experience in ad sales, digital advertising, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Comfortable with outbound calling, email outreach, and CRM usage
- Familiarity with sales cycles and pipeline management
