Care.com is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales) to join our remote team. In this role, you will drive revenue by prospecting and selling Care.com's advertising solutions to businesses. Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative (Ad Sales), you will manage a sales pipeline, build relationships with advertisers, and work with marketing to convert inquiries into signed campaigns. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new ad sales opportunities with advertisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; manage pipelines in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute targeted campaigns.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales or ad sales experience (B2B preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
