📋 Description

• Handle member interactions via phone, web, email, and chat with needs assessments.
• Provide expert assistance on child care, education, adoption, and disability.
• Collaborate with Research Team to connect members with resources.
• Meet performance metrics: service levels, call abandonment, and response times.
• Educate members on prenatal care, parenting, academics, and wellness.
• Provide resources in urgent or crisis situations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in education or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
