• In-person Care Specialist I role based in Springfield, MO; weekends off.
• Guides patients and caregivers through the home care journey.
• Delivers high-quality, empathic customer service.
• Supports care plans, scheduling, and health plan coordination.
• Manages high-volume inbound calls on time-off, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintains accurate records in CRMs and health systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or patient services preferred.
• High-volume inbound call center experience required (2+ yrs).
• Salesforce/CRM experience; workforce tech (pref: Salesforce, Medflyt, Verint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with active listening.
• On-site in Springfield, MO; Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
• High attention to detail; data entry and CRM updates.
