  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound service center calls (HR) and care requests.
  • Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans on time-sensitive inquiries.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service per call reviews and after-call surveys.

🎯 Requirements

  • Willing to travel to Pittsburgh, PA three times weekly for in-office work.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • At least 1 year in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center.
  • Experience with CRMs or Workforce Technology – Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint.
  • Passion for high-level customer service with empathy, listening and patience.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities and manage time effectively.
