- Conduct status reviews and record reviews to ensure service delivery and compliance.
- Screen patients and caregivers for additional programs and benefits.
π― Requirements
- 1 year of experience in high-volume inbound call center or contact center.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience with CRMs or Workforce Tech: Salesforce, Medflyt, Verint.
- Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and adaptability.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to Pittsburgh, PA office three times weekly.
