🎯 Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in high-volume inbound call center or contact center.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience with CRMs or Workforce Tech: Salesforce, Medflyt, Verint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and adaptability.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to Pittsburgh, PA office three times weekly.
