🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience
- 2–4+ years client service in human services
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management abilities
- Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service
