📋 Description

• Inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and families.

• Training is virtual for three weeks; on-camera participation required.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years phone-based sales or customer service (inbound & outbound).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center.
• Motivated by metrics; meets goals and earns incentives.
• Empathetic communicator balancing compassion with sales.
• Experience working remotely and staying connected to a virtual team.
• Experience in home care/healthcare/senior services a strong plus.
