- Manage HRIS changes in Dayforce; payroll-related updates.
- Lead infection control cycle; ensure CP clearance before return to work.
- Own intake for all leave of absence requests (personal/medical/FMLA).
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years of professional HR experience (required).
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- 2+ years experience in HR.
- Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solver; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in a high-growth company and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments.
