  • Handle high-volume CP inquiries across the employee lifecycle.
  • Escalate employee relations concerns; de-escalate and resolve.
  • Resolve CP complaints; escalate complex issues to HR leadership.
  • Manage HRIS changes in Dayforce; payroll-related updates.
  • Lead infection control cycle; ensure CP clearance before return to work.
  • Own intake for all leave of absence requests (personal/medical/FMLA).

  • 3+ years of professional HR experience (required).
  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • 2+ years experience in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree, HR certificate, or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solver; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in a high-growth company and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance multiple assignments.
