- Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace; CRM/EHR experience preferred.
- HIPAA knowledge; maintain confidentiality and privacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable as external spokesperson.
- Own end-to-end processes, troubleshoot beyond scripts, propose improvements.
