📋 Description

• Curate provider lists to offer optimal care options.
• Engage with network providers to improve options for members.
• Report to Care Navigation Team Lead.
• Work remotely; reside in AZ, FL, GA, or TX.
• Collaborate with RNs on complex cases.
• Document and update tickets and provider data.
• Stay current on processes, updates, and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in care coordination/navigation in healthcare
• 1+ years using Chromebook and Google Workspace
