📋 Description

• Establish pharmaceutical therapies that promote safe and effective use
• Consult on medication therapy management including reconciliation for optimal selection
• Seek alternatives to maximize clinical outcomes and manage costs
• Manage all aspects of medication therapy; identify unnecessary therapies and monitor for contraindications
• Manage all phases of therapeutic medication plans for safe, cost-effective care
• Analyze and recommend cost-savings based on formularies and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Unrestricted Pharmacy license in TN, AL, or CA or within 60 days
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical therapies focused on patient quality of life
• Able to deliver educational seminars on pharmaceutical topics to clinicians and patients
• Intermediate MS Office skills, including Outlook and Teams
• Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment
