🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in behavioral health/healthcare in client-facing roles or L&D.
- Proven ability to design and deliver live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids).
- Strong facilitation skills for virtual trainings with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong project management and time management in fast-paced environments.
