  • Lead virtual training sessions for new hires on Care Experience.
  • Design and refine asynchronous onboarding materials for scalable learning.
  • Evaluate onboarding programs via data, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Partner with leaders and SMEs to align onboarding with best practices and needs.
  • Maintain onboarding docs and training manuals for accuracy.
  • Support long-term learning by identifying skill gaps and ongoing training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
  • Serve as Salesforce super user, training and supporting teammates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in behavioral health/healthcare in client-facing roles or L&D.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids).
  • Strong facilitation skills for virtual trainings with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management and time management in fast-paced environments.
