- Design and deliver live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids)
- Strong facilitation for virtual trainings with diverse learners
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project, time, and org skills in fast-paced settings
