🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in behavioral health/healthcare client-facing or L&D roles
  • Design and deliver live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids)
  • Strong facilitation for virtual trainings with diverse learners
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong project, time, and org skills in fast-paced settings
