- Greet pet parents and their four-legged friends and ensure a smooth check in/out.
- Manage the daily appointment and walk-in schedule.
- Take and make calls and email clients and other Vet Practices as needed.
- Keep common areas clean and well stocked.
- Provide hospitality, answer questions, and educate as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.
π― Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist experience.
- Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency.
- A high comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems.
- Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus.
