  • Greet pet parents and their four-legged friends and ensure a smooth check in/out.
  • Manage the daily appointment and walk-in schedule.
  • Take and make calls and email clients and other Vet Practices as needed.
  • Keep common areas clean and well stocked.
  • Provide hospitality, answer questions, and educate as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or client-facing receptionist experience.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency.
  • A high comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems.
  • Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus.
