📋 Description

• Join the Care Coordinator team at the Union Square-14th St location.
• Support patient care by welcoming patients and guiding appointment flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through out-of-network experience and greet everyone.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and a collaborative team environment.
• Location: Union Square clinic on 14th St.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking.
• Attentive to detail and eager to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
• Ability to use computer keyboard 90% of each workday.
