• Support patient care and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the clinic experience.
• Deliver 5-star customer service in a collaborative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail; willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
