- Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
- Greet patients and guide them through the clinic experience.
- Deliver 5-star customer service in a collaborative environment.

- Previous customer service experience.
- Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented.
- Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to detail; willingness to grow.
- BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
