Care Coordinator/Therapy Technician

📋 Description

• Welcome patients and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls/emails within 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through out-of-network experience.
• Prepare treatment areas and gather equipment for Therapists.
• Deliver 5-star clinical excellence and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking.
• Strong attention to detail; willing to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
