📋 Description

• Join the Park Slope clinic in Brooklyn as Care Coordinator.
• Support patient care by welcoming patients and managing flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the out-of-network process.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a community-focused SPEAR team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
