- At least 1 year in customer service or front-desk roles.
- Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
- Comfort typing and using multiple computer systems.
- Veterinary practice or animal care experience is a plus.
