• Care Coordinator at Greenpoint clinic.
• Support patient care and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the out-of-network process.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and a collaborative team culture.

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
