  • At least 1 year of customer service or front-desk experience
  • Veterinary industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
  • Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus
