- Manage the daily appointment and walk-in schedule

- Keep common areas clean and stocked
- Provide hospitality, answer questions, and share information
- Perform other duties as assigned by your team leaders
๐ฏ Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or front-desk experience
- Veterinary industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable typing and using multiple computer systems
- Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus
