• Care Coordinators support patient care and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the clinic experience.
• Deliver 5-star customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a community environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team oriented.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
