📋 Description

• Spear seeks a Care Coordinator for Ridgewood, Queens.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours always.
• Guide patients through out-of-network processes and greet visitors to the clinic.
• Deliver 5-star customer service; foster a collaborative team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
