  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
  • Manage and grow your Client Services Manager caseload
  • Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community groups
  • Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %, referrals rejected)
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field staff

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
  • Medicare and OASIS knowledge/experience a plus
  • Medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of increased responsibility
  • Strong computer skills with EMR; excellent communication
