- Manage and grow your Client Services Manager caseload
- Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community groups
- Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %, referrals rejected)
- Partner with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field staff
π― Requirements
- Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
- Medicare and OASIS knowledge/experience a plus
- Medical office or home care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of increased responsibility
- Strong computer skills with EMR; excellent communication
