• Join the W 103rd Street location as a Care Coordinator.
• Support patient care by welcoming patients and guiding appointment flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, 24 hours max.
• Greet patients and guide them through the clinic experience.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and a collaborative team approach.
• Help create a community environment for patients and teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA.BS degree preferred, not required.
