  • Provide telephonic support for Care Navigation and members.
  • Coordinate non-clinical follow-up and case work.
  • Work with members, vendors, providers for care coordination.
  • Co-manage cases with care managers; ensure tasks on time.
  • Liaise between Care Navigation and Customer Service teams.
  • Use Google Suite and other systems to respond to inquiries.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Manager.

  • 1+ year experience in customer-facing role; healthcare preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree is a plus.
  • Medical Assistant or Pharmacy technician experience is a plus.
  • Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, cooperative, team-based mindset.
  • Outstanding oral and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications.
