📋 Description

• Part-time Care Coordinator at Columbus Circle clinic (20-30 hrs/week).
• Welcome patients and manage appointment flow.
• Respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through out-of-network process with a smile.
• Deliver 5-star service and foster collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.
