🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience and gender-affirming care
2+ years in a customer service role with strong service history
Attention to detail with data management and data entry skills
Empathetic written and verbal communication
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Comfortable interfacing with patients and colleagues remotely
