  • Own scheduling and staffing for Care at Home.
  • Build and release CAH RN schedule; ensure RN coverage.
  • Coordinate with Operations, MSO, Payroll, IT for workflow continuity.
  • Validate time/attendance per state laws; review monthly invoices.
  • Maintain education platform: add/remove users, upload nursing huddles, track completion.
  • Manage access and licensing with MSO; perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with complex scheduling preferred, but not required.
  • Sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and business skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
