• Maintain a task load aligned with employment status and quality.
• Leverage Wellthy Care Network and tools for timely completion.
• Conduct research to gather and synthesize information for members.
• Partner with Care Coordinators for seamless task execution.
• Proactively communicate updates and barriers.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote Work Experience
• Associates Degree or Higher
• 3+ years in Health Care/Caregiving plus CS/administrative exp
• Housing: 1+ year in senior living facilities or housing placement
• Medical: experience researching/vetting medical providers
• Mental Health: experience in mental health/substance abuse
• In Home Support: experience with in-home services
• Finance: experience with medical billing/coding and insurance claims
