- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in account operations or related field
- Strong attention to detail reviewing legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic with customers
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language
- Confidence making time-sensitive decisions independently; escalate when needed
- Strong organizational skills; manage a high-volume queue
- Familiarity with liens, levies, garnishments, or subpoenas preferred
- Prior Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
- Relentless problem-solver with urgency and accountability
