  • Draft and send notices to third-party claimants with details.
  • Notify affected customers about lien or levy on their accounts.
  • Explain lien and levy processes to customers via email and phone.
  • Manage a case queue to ensure timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in account operations or related field
  • Strong attention to detail reviewing legal documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; empathetic with customers
  • Ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain language
  • Confidence making time-sensitive decisions independently; escalate when needed
  • Strong organizational skills; manage a high-volume queue
  • Familiarity with liens, levies, garnishments, or subpoenas preferred
  • Prior Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
  • Relentless problem-solver with urgency and accountability
