Cards Product Lead - 6 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Own Cards Product Strategy and long-term vision for ClearBank.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to enhancement.
• Build and manage Cards P&L for revenue optimization and pricing models.
• Lead a cross-functional cards team interacting with all operations.
• Oversee authentication and transaction authorisation journeys.
• Provide input to Commercial teams to reflect our cards capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Card Issuance including Debit Issuance, 7+ yrs.
• Knowledge of Card Scheme frameworks and operating models (Visa preferred).
• Experience working with Card Processing partners.
• Strong commercial acumen; owns Card P&L; pricing models and cost drivers.
• Proven Product Leadership: 5+ years as Senior Product Manager.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across the organisation.
