📋 Description

• Ensure insurance info is correct for claims and payments.
• Communicate with patients about balances and insurance on file.
• Use multiple systems to organize billing information.
• Resolve pre-bill issues on claims.
• Resolve payment denials.
• Report revenue cycle metrics and escalate issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in medical billing/revenue cycle.
• Cardiology or diagnostic imaging experience; authorization preferred.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and claim processing.
• Experience with Athena Collector or Hybrid Chart EMR; accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong communication.
