Cardiology Nurse (RN)

📋 Description

• Work with Cardiologists and APPs to deliver cardiology care.
• Conduct telephone triage and in-clinic nursing visits.
• Educate patients and families on cardiac symptoms, disease state, and medications.
• Ensure all applicable testing for cardiac patients per plan of care.
• Collaborate with external providers to ensure patient safety during non-cardiac interventions.
• Provide empathetic, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH RN licensure.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Cardiology experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
