Job Purpose:
To support daily operations by receiving, organizing, and distributing HVAC equipment and materials. The Warehouse Worker ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and efficient warehouse, and provides reliable support to installation and service teams.

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of HVAC equipment and materials.

• Verify accuracy of deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders.

• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in the warehouse.

• Prepare and stage parts and equipment for technicians and installation teams.

• Assist with tracking inventory levels and reporting shortages.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (training provided).

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems a plus).

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Must be 24 years or older.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position, which will include cannabis screening.
