Required qualifications
- Experience in HVAC installation, preferably in new construction environments
- Knowledge of ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and heat pumps
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
