Job Summary:As a Licensed Journeyman Plumber at Cardinal Heating and Air, you will be responsible for managing plumbing services for both residential and commercial clients. You will play a key role in starting and building out our plumbing division while delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient plumbing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
• Lead and manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and train apprentice plumbers as the division grows.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for plumbing services.
• Maintain all plumbing tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
• Build relationships with customers, offering expert advice and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of services, including HVAC.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License.
• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience, with a focus on residential and commercial services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including piping, water heaters, drains, and fixtures.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in establishing or leading a plumbing division.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and integration with plumbing services.
