Job Purpose:To professionally and efficiently install HVAC systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to quality guidelines. You will play a vital role in delivering comfort to residential and light commercial clients by installing HVAC systems accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 24 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clear a background check.
• 3 years or more of HVAC installation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• EPA certification and understanding of safety standards.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position
• Washington 06A journeyman/ residential Electric license preferred
