Overview
Cardinal Heating & Air is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kirkland, Washington to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling service calls, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments with technicians and dispatch teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and update case notes.
- Provide product and service information, quotes, and order statuses.
- Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work on-site in Kirkland, WA.
